[Squash and Zucchini Noodles]


This is my new favorite way to eat yellow squash and zucchini. The way I make this dish is I use a Julienne Peeler (Here is the one I bought on Amazon). You peel the yellow squash and zucchini into noodles (stop peeling when you get to the seeds), then I sauté in either butter or coconut oil until soft. Lastly, I season the noodles with salt, pepper, and fresh garlic.

For my Noodle Recipe You will need:

Yellow Sqash
Zucchini
Julienne Peeler
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
